Ukraine FM says Ukraine is ready to negotiate

Ukraine is ready to negotiate, the country's foreign minister Dmytro Kuleba said Tuesday on the soaring tension with Russia, adding that Ukraine did not see any withdrawal of Russian troops from the border.
Dmytro Kuleba made the remarks at a joint press conference with his counterparts from Austria, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
