Analyst: Canadian government should not give in to popular demands

The busiest U.S.-Canada crossing bridge, which usually handles around 8,000 trucks a day, remained shut after Canadian truckers blocked lanes to protest the country's pandemic containment measures. As truckers paralyze the Canadian capital, several of the nation's provinces announced it was time to roll back restrictions. "Global Watch" talked to independent political and economics affairs commentator Einar Tangen on the issue. He said that using politics to battle the virus won't work. The government should not give in for popular demands.
