Heavy rains triggered a mudslide that swept into a residential area in a western Colombian town on Tuesday morning, killing dozens of people and injuring 35 others, authorities said. Authorities warned that a landslide risk continued in the area and urged people to leave to avoid further casualties. A rescue operation is underway despite the risk of further landslides.
