It's the second day of the negotiations between diplomats from Iran and six world powers in Vienna. They're seeking to revive the 2015 nuclear deal which the Trump administration withdrew from in 2018. The talks -- attended by Britain, China, France, Germany, Iran, Russia and, indirectly, the United States -- were halted last month.
