Myanmar's SAC not to send representatives to ASEAN meeting: official

Myanmar's State Administration Council (SAC) would not send representatives to the upcoming ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting, Zaw Min Tun, spokesman for the Myanmar military and the SAC, said Wednesday. This would be the second time Myanmar has been absent from the meeting since October last year.
