Foreign investment in Shanghai sees steady growth

Shanghai's investment-friendly policies have prompted a growing number of foreign conglomerates to set up their regional headquarters in the city. By the end of November 2021 there were 827 such companies, and that's in addition to the more than 500 foreign-invested R&D centers.
