A frozen canyon in Jiangxian County in Yuncheng City, Shanxi Province has become a popular tourist destination. The canyon's waterfalls and rivers have frozen, turning it into an icy wonderland. The scenic spot is taking advantage of its beautiful natural views, launching various activities for tourists. Local officials say since the beginning of the Spring Festival at the start of February, the scenic spot has welcomed 4,000 to 5,000 tourists a day. And the total number of tourists is expected to surpass 50,000 during the holiday. The canyon sits at the cross of the Zhongtiao and Taihang mountains. The unique geographical conditions there create beautiful views in different seasons.
