Russia's communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov was admitted to hospital for several days, Interfax News Agency reported on Friday.
The party's spokesperson Aleksandr Yushchenko said that Zyuganov was admitted to hospital preemptively, as he was in contact with many people and had cold symptoms.
