U.S. orders temporary repositioning of troops out of Ukraine

The U.S. has ordered the temporary repositioning of Florida National Guard troops out of Ukraine, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said.
"We remain committed to our relationship with the Ukrainian armed forces," he tweeted.
