Biden warns Putin in phone call of decisive response by West if Ukraine is invaded

U.S. President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin held an hour-long phone call Saturday to discuss tensions over Ukraine. The White House said Biden warned Putin that any invasion of Ukraine by Russia would be met with swift and severe consequences from the West. The Kremlin, however, said Biden failed to address Russia's long-standing security concerns over the West's expansion into eastern Europe. Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov called the speculation over a possible Russian invasion "hysteria." Caroline Malone has more.
