Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko held a phone call on Saturday to "discuss issues pertaining to the further development of bilateral cooperation as well as the situation around the response by the USA and NATO to the Russian proposals on long-term international legal guarantees of Russia's security," according to a statement released by the Kremlin.
