Protesters gathered in Frankfurt against Germany's potential mandatory vaccination and other COVID-19 restrictions. Police said some 2,800 people attended Saturday's rally against possible mandatory vaccination. Some protesters carried placards reading "free vaccination choices". This came after Germany's top court rejected a petition against a vaccine mandate for healthcare staff. The targeted compulsory vaccination is set to come into force on March 15 in Germany. Chancellor Olaf Scholz said on Friday he would discuss details of lifting some restrictions next week with states' leaders.
