Russia's Shoigu says some military drills have ended, others close to completion

Russia's Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has told President Putin some military drills have already ended and others were coming to a close amid tensions over Russian troops near Ukraine, Reuters reported.
He added Russian security agencies identified a foreign submarine in Russia's far eastern waters.
