China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Chief Executive Carrie Lam told a news conference on Tuesday that the government has purchased more than 100 million rapid test kits for distribution to groups at high risk of infection. 

The kits will gradually be distributed to hospitals, and the requirement for one test every three days will be adjusted to one per day, Lam added.
