Japan's GDP rebounds as virus emergency ends

Japan's economy in the October-December period grew a real 1.3 percent from the previous quarter, with the end of the COVID-19 state of emergency, data showed Tuesday.
The Japanese economy expanded 1.7 percent in real terms in 2021, growing for the first time in three years.
