Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Monday said at a press conference that Canada for the first time invoked the Emergencies Act to bring an end to trucker-led protests against COVID-19 mandate and restrictions. However, a CGTN reporter in downtown Ottawa saw the protest still going "incredibly strong" to a third weekend with little sign of backing down.
