Chinese foreign ministry urges Japan to revoke decision on nuclear wastewater discharge

China's Foreign Ministry says China supports and is following the progress of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) technical working group in Japan. It also urges Japan to reverse the decision to release contaminated wastewater from the crippled Fukushima nuclear power plant into the sea.
