The Association of Southeast Asian Nations' (ASEAN) foreign ministers recently held talks in Cambodia's capital, Phnom Penh. The meeting was held in a hybrid on-and-offline format. Issues such as the pandemic, economic recovery and regional ties topped the agenda. All the countries in the 10-member bloc took part, except for Myanmar – whose military leadership refused to send a non-political representative as requested.
