The Russian Foreign Ministry has released its response to the United States on the security proposals in Eastern Europe.
Russia said there are no plans for an invasion of Ukraine, RIA reported, citing the documents.
The country expects specific proposals from the U.S. and NATO regarding any further eastward expansion.
