Names like Andrew Lloyd Weber (Phantom of the Opera), Hans Zimmer (Gladiator), Antonio Vivaldi (The Four Seasons), Maurice Ravel (Bolero), they are synonymous with figure skating. However, for this year's Winter Olympic Games, we've seen so much variety in the soundtrack for the men's free skate. There seems to be a shift from classical and musical to popular hits or even relatively unknown. What changes will these shifts in music bring to figure skating?
