Hong Kong's fresh food supply shortage is beginning to ease thanks to a coordinated effort with the Chinese mainland. Food supply faced severe disruptions this week following a surge of COVID-19 cases among cross-border truck drivers, but as the virus continues to spread in Hong Kong, there are concerns more external help will be needed to curb the virus.
