Russian multinational energy major Gazprom has delivered gas to Europe at the lowest levels over the past six months, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.
"What we've seen over the last six months is that Gazprom has always delivered at the lowest level," she stated.
