Ukraine's NATO membership was not on the agenda, and won't happen in the foreseeable future, said German Chancellor Olaf Scholz at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday.

At the conference, U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris said the U.S. and its allies will impose "significant and unprecedented" economic measures against Russia if it attacks Ukraine.
