Chinese State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi attended the 58th Munich Security Conference on Saturday via video link. Speaking of the Russia-Ukraine tensions, Wang called on all parties to stick to the Minsk Two Agreement and stressed that all countries need to shoulder their responsibilities and work for peace.
