Belarusian Defense Minister Viktor Khrenin said on Sunday that the West is looking for ways to bypass the "red lines" clearly drawn by Russia and conduct military development on Ukrainian territory in new ways. It follows, therefore, that Europe is being driven purposefully towards war.
