China's freestyle skiing star Gu Ailing lived up to huge expectations with a historic Olympic debut, in which she won golds in both the women's big air and halfpipe, plus silver in the slopestyle. The 18-year-old's stunning performance contributed to China's best result ever at the Winter Olympics, which saw the host nation win nine gold, four silver and two bronze medals.
