U.S. President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin have accepted France's proposal to meet over Ukraine crisis after the two countries' foreign ministers meet next week, the Elysee presidential office and the White House said separately on Sunday.
"The substance will have to be prepared by (U.S.) Secretary Blinken and (Russian Foreign) Minister Lavrov during their meeting on Thursday, February 24," the Elysee Palace said.
