3 people killed in explosion on highway: DPR

Three residents were killed in an explosion on the Donetsk- Horlivka highway, RIA reported on Tuesday, citing a military spokesperson of the "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR). And the DPR claimed it was Ukrainian "sabotage groups" that detonated an explosive device on the highway.
