With the arrival of spring, a great number of overwintering birds in the Poyang Lake area in east China's Jiangxi Province have begun to embark on their journey north. Poyang Lake has welcomed a record number of 800,000 birds since last October. Now that the weather is getting warmer and the water level is rising rapidly, it is time to say goodbye to these birds.
