Russia says no discussions about establishing bases in eastern Ukraine

The Russian foreign ministry said that so far there is no talk of establishing military bases in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions, TASS reported on Tuesday.
"So far, there is no talk of deploying military bases in the LPR and DPR, but Russia can do everything necessary," TASS cited Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Rudenko as saying.
