Russia says still ready for talks with U.S. after recognizing LPR, DPR

Moscow is still ready for talks with Washington as the decision to recognize the independence of the "Donetsk and Luhansk people's republics" doesn't affect the readiness for dialogue, TASS reported on Tuesday quoting the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
