Ukraine is working to impose "tough" sanctions against Russia for its decision to recognize the "Luhansk People's Republic" (LPR) and the "Donetsk People's Republic" (DPR), the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba stated in a video posted to the ministry's official Facebook account on Tuesday.
