Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba on Tuesday held another phone call with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken ahead of meeting in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, Kuleba said in a tweet.
He underscored the need to impose tough sanctions on Russia during the phone talk, according to his tweet.
