Luhansk Power Station has been under attack during the past 24 hours. Smoke could be seen rising over the power plant which is close to the contact line between the Ukrainian army and Russia-backed separatists. At a crossing point between rebel and government-controlled Luhansk areas, residents expressed their hope for peace.
