Blinken cancels meeting with Lavrov on Ukraine

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Tuesday he had cancelled a planned meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov later this week.
In what he said was an "invasion" already beginning, Blinken said "it does not make sense to go forward with that meeting at this time," since Russia has rejected negotiations.
