40 U.S. soldiers arrive in Latvia, with more to come

The first 40 of more than 300 U.S. soldiers have arrived in Latvia from Italy, the Latvian Defense Ministry said.
The troops will be based at Adazi military base just outside the Latvian capital Riga, said the ministry.
