In 2010, China and Singapore launched Knowledge City in the heart of south China's Guangzhou City. It's a free port aiming to attract international talent and drive innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The Guangdong provincial government has announced new regulations to improve construction and development of this collaborative project. They will go into effect on March 1.
