Russian Foreign Ministry said on Thursday that "Blackmailing, intimidation, and threats are the only tools the U.S. policy has in its arsenal," in a tweet on its official Twitter account.
It added that the U.S. was trapped in the stereotypes of a unipolar world with a false certainty that the U.S. could impose its own global rules on everyone.
