Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan have talked over the phone about the Ukraine situation and Moscow's demand for security guarantees from the West. Putin expressed his disappointment that the United States and NATO had ignored Russia's security concerns. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has also reiterated his country's need for security guarantees.
