Three Syrian soldiers were killed Wednesday night in an Israeli air strike on the capital city of Damascus and its surrounding countryside, Syrian state TV said early on Thursday.
"The Israeli enemy carried out an air assault with several missiles," state news agency Syrian Arab News Agency said, adding that it had killed three soldiers and caused "material damage."
