Madagascar is confronting its fourth cyclone in five weeks as Emnati makes landfall. The island nation is still reeling from the impact of another storm earlier this month, which killed more than 120 people. Emnati is affecting communities on the eastern coast that have already been battered in previous weeks. More than 30,000 people were evacuated ahead of the storm's arrival. No human casualties have been reported thus far. Madagascar is prone to numerous cyclones between November and April every year.
