Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says he has decided to sever diplomatic ties with Moscow, after Russia launched military operations in Donbas. He urged global leaders to provide assistance to Ukraine and help protect it from Russia. Over a dozen Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv, Kharkiv, Mariupol and Odessa, have been attacked. A Ukrainian official said more than 40 Ukrainian soldiers and around 10 civilians have died.
