Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Thursday said Russia has carried out missile strikes on Ukraine's infrastructure and border guard, and explosions were heard in many cities.
A martial law is introduced on all territories of Ukraine, Zelenskyy said, adding that he's also spoken with U.S. President Joe Biden.
