Young talent return to rural areas to become 'new farmers'

Farming is not on most Chinese graduates' radar. But the rural revitalization strategy is transforming poor villages and a growing number of university graduates are willing to go home to be farmers. CGTN's reporter Huang Yichang visited Xijiangzhai - a once highly impoverished village in central China's Kaifeng city, Henan Province,to explore how the improved rural environment and new opportunities are attracting more talented youth back home to join farming, and how these new farmers are giving a new meaning to the word "farmer."
