China commented on the U.S.'s recent sanctions on Russia. "Facts show that sanctions are never the fundamental nor effective way to solve problems," Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin said on Friday at a regular press briefing of the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
