Georgian PM says won't join Western sanctions against Russia

Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili said Friday that he would not join Western sanctions against Russia, the Russian media reported.
The Central bank of Georgia also announced it would help the Georgian branch of Russia's state-owned VTB Bank, which is under sanctions, to avoid liquidity problems.
