At least seven people were killed and over a dozen others wounded as a magnitude-6.2 quake hit Indonesia's western province of West Sumatra on Friday.
The tremor struck at a depth of 10 kilometers at around 8:39 a.m. Western Indonesian Time (WIB Time Zone), according to the country's Meteorological, Climatology and Geophysics Agency.
