Russian President Vladimir Putin is preparing to send a Russian delegation to Minsk for talks with the Ukrainian delegation, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
The Russian delegation will include representatives from the defense ministry, the foreign ministry and the Kremlin.
