In Russian city Rostov-on-Don, located near Russian-Ukrainian border, the number of refugees has increased significantly since Russia launched special military operations in Ukraine. CGTN's reporter drove to a nearby refugee shelter and saw a vehicle with the license plate of "Donetsk People's Republic" on the road.
