About 1,000 refugees from Donbas, Donetsk arrived in Russia's Moscow Oblast by train on Tuesday amid the escalating tensions between Russia and Ukraine. The train stopped at the railway station in the Aprelevka in the Naro-Fominsky district. Many volunteers waited at the railway station to provide assistance to the refugees.

"We will offer bus service, distribute food and other things to them," said Valeria Litvinova, a volunteer.

The train has a total of 20 carriages, with each carrying about 50 refugees.
